Abstract
Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in Myanmar according to Globocan Data 2020. In spite of improvement in
breast conserving surgery, mastectomy is still a common procedure. Immediate breast reconstruction after mastectomy is a feasible
procedure. Immediate reconstruction with breast implant is rare in the developing countries. Implant reconstruction is starting
recently in Myanmar. This study is a case series of immediate implant reconstruction after mastectomy.
