Abstract
Extrapelvic endometriosis is a rare entity, it represents a great challenge with respect to diagnosis, it does not usually cause the characteristic symptoms of endometriosis such as pelvic pain or dysmenorrhea. The location at the vulvar level can be related in most cases to gynecological surgeries, perineal trauma such as episiotomy, but in some rare cases it can occur primarily, as in our case. We present the clinical case of a 27-year-old female patient with a tumor at the level of the left labia majora. The diagnosis is confirmed with the biopsy performed and the recommendations of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology are followed. The excision of the tumor is performed. tumor and follow-up with oral contraceptives.
