Special emphasises given to the surface configuration, structure of surface hairs, stylopodium, carpododium and pappus bristles of cypselas. The epicarpic cells of pericarp and the endosperm cells are not taxonomically significant. Structure and distribution of calcium oxalate crystals are specially valuable.
