Pharmaceutics is a branch of pharmaceutical science that deals with the scientific study of the formulation, manufacturing, and delivery of drugs to patients. It is the science behind drug development and aims to improve the efficiency, safety, and effectiveness of medications. Or Pharmaceutics is an important aspect of pharmacy that deals with the science of dosage form design and the manufacture of drugs. It involves the study of drug delivery systems and the methods of drug administration to ensure that patients receive the correct amount of medication in the most effective manner possible. Pharmacy students must understand the principles of pharmaceutics to ensure that they can prepare and dispense safe and effective medicines to patients. It plays a crucial role in healthcare system by optimizing drug therapy for the betterment of society.
