Igor Ernestovich Kuznetsov, professor, doctor of biological sciences, currently is a BD director at Clinical Diagnostic Center ‘Pharmbiotest’ (Kyiv, Ukraine). He graduated from the Donetsk State University in 1986, with a master’s in Human and Animal Physiology. He completed his training with a doctorship in Experimental Neurophysiology at the Bogomoletz Institute of Physiology, Kyiv, Ukraine (1997-2000). He started research and teaching activities at Donetsk National Medical University as a research fellow in 1986 and gained an associate professor degree in 2002. During these years, his primary scientific interests were focused on the cortico-hypothalamic neuronal networks involved in maintaining homeostasis. Further, the direction of his activity was changed to pharmaceutical sciences, toxicology, and pharmacokinetics. He was granted the title of professor at the National Pharmaceutical University (Kharkiv, Ukraine). While working at the Scientific Research Center “StirolBiopharm” in Horlivka, Ukraine, he served as a study director for approximately 20 toxicological projects, investigating the general and specific toxicity of innovative drug substances. In 2012, he joined the founding team of CDC ‘Pharmbiotest’ and served as the research center's director until 2022. He was a study director for 25 clinical bioavailability/bioequivalence (BA/BE) trials. For two years he held the position of invited consultant at the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. He is the author of 89 publications.

Prof. Dr. Nahlah Elkudssiah Ismail graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in the year 2000 with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia registration in 2001. Prof. Dr. Nahlah successfully awarded a PhD degree (Distinction Report) in the field of clinical pharmaceutics at Institute of Pharmaceutical Innovation (IPI) and School of Pharmacy, University of Bradford, Bradford, United Kingdom (UK) in July 2005. To date, she has taught more than 60 courses to diploma, degree and postgraduate students in United Kingdom and Malaysia using innovative teacher- and student- centered learning. As the pioneer of clinical pharmaceutics in Malaysia, she is the founder of the first Clinical Pharmaceutics Research Group (CPRG) (2008) in Malaysia and that was later acknowledged as Clinical BioPharmaceutics Research Group (CBRG) under Research Initiative Group (RIG) by Research Management Institute (RMI), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. The CBRG comprised of Inhalational Delivery Lab (IDL), Biomedical Analysis Lab (BAL) and Honey Research Lab. IDL was the first in Asia comprising all pivotal facilities in analyzing particles deliveries emitted from various medical devices including nasal spray, metered dose inhalers, spacers, dry powder inhalers, and various types of nebulisers, industrial and domestics sprays, as well as environmental air quality assessment ranging from nano to micro sizes of particles. Prof. Dr. Nahlah holds membership in various local and international pharmacy and health based organizations. She has been publishing more than 200 publications including research journal articles, proceedings, chapters in books, books and magazine. She has been invited to deliver lectures, talks (keynote/plenary/distinguished speaker) and conduct workshops at local and international events as well as a reviewer and editorial member for local and international journals, and serve organizing committee members in various conferences. Research area of interest mainly in the field of pharmaceutics (drug delivery; nanotechnology; inhalational deliveries), pharmaceutical analysis (method development and validation), clinical pharmacy, pharmacy education and leadership, pharmacy practice, public health, neurobehavioural-psychosocial, pharmaceutical policy, complementary and alternative medicines. She is also actively participating in honey, plant and animal modelling studies in exploring and defining new therapeutic entity. Prof. Dr. Nahlah had been awarded research and travel grants as well as awards and medals in national and international scientific invention, innovation and design exhibitions, competitions, conferences, and community services. As a senior clinical pharmacist and a teacher-practitioner, she was one of the regular invited guests for radio UFM Malaysia under segment “U & Health†covering numerous health topics as well as one of the invited speakers for leadership and soft skills development. She has been as the Chairman and member of Boards of Studies for Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons), Master in Clinical Pharmacy, Master and PhD studies, involving heavily in curriculum review, audits, recognition and accreditation affairs. Holding various posts at different senior management levels at different institutions, currently, Prof. Dr. Nahlah is the Council Member of Malaysian Academy of Pharmacy.

Dr. Mihail Lucian Birsa is currently a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the same university in 1995. He joined the master program at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi in 1995, and in 2000 was awarded a Ph. D. degree in Organic Chemistry. From 2000 to 2002, he was a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Professor Samuel Braverman at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. In 2003 he was selected as a member of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, working with Professor Henning Hopf in TU Braunschweig - Germany. Since then numerous return fellowships were granted by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.

Dr. V S Ramakrishna Ganduri has got his Ph. D. in Biotechnology from Faculty of Natural Sciences, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India (June 2012 – June 2016). During that time, Dr. Ganduri managed to publish a lot of publications and attend different International conferences in biotechnology field in India. He has experience of facing many AICTE and PCI inspections and its compliances. He has wide experience on Administrative, Developmental, Academics and R&D works. Dr. Hossain has expertise on drug discovery research on Infectious Diseases, diabetes and liver cancer. Currently he is working on the involvement of host defense peptides (HDPs) such as beta-defensin in the Innate Immunity against infectious diseases and trying to explore the effect of Defensin Peptide mimetics against the pathogenesis of microbial infection. His goal is to develop safe and efficacious novel therapeutic compounds for treating life threatening and debilitating ailments. Dr. Nour Shafik El-Gendy is a Professor in the field of Environmental Sciences and Nanobiotechnology. She is Head Manager of Petroleum Biotechnology Lab., Former Acting and Vice Head of Process Design & Development Department, Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI). El-Gendy is the Coordinator of Nanobiotechnology Program, Faculty of Nanotechnology for Postgraduate Studies, Cairo University, Sheikh Zayed Branch Campus. El-Gendy is the Head of Technology Innovation Support Center (TISC) office, Vice Head of Center of Excellence and member in Entrepreneurship Hub in October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, MSA University. She is a Member in Technical, Monitoring and Performance Evaluation Office and the coordinator of Water, Energy and Environment Committee in the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT). She is the Former Advisor for the Egyptian Minster of Environment. She is the Vice Coordinator of the Scientific Research Committee and member in Rural Woman Committee, National Council for Women (NCW) of Egypt. El-Gendy was an Executive committee member in the Egyptian Young Academy of Sciences (EYAS). She is a member of many technical committees for the preparation of regulations of different faculties concerned with Energy, Environmental and Biochemical Engineering. Awarded Professional Diploma in “Preparing Arab Women Leaders Internationally and Regionally†documented by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry. El-Gendy is expert in the assessment of environmental pollution and its remediation, wastewater treatment, biofuels, petroleum upgrading, green chemistry, nanobiotechnology, valorization of wastes, biocorrosion and its mitigation. El-Gendy awarded Diploma in “Environmental Managementâ€. She has published 10 chapters, 5 books and 116 research papers, and supervised 27 MSc and PhD theses. Dr. El-Gendy is also an editor and reviewer in 73 and 125 international journals, respectively. She participated also as PI, Co-PI or research member in research projects concerning with; bioethanol from lignocellulosic wastes; biofuels from algae, application of nanobiotechnology in upgrading of petroleum and bioremediation of polluted environment. Dr. El-Gendy participated in 77 international workshops and training courses, and 87 international conferences and seminars. Dr. El-Gendy is a member in many international associations and organizations concerned with petroleum industry, environmental health and sciences. She is also an active member in national committees concerning with; sustainable development, water desalination, wastewater treatment, biofuel standards, petroleum pollution, chemical engineering and biotechnology. She is in international collaboration with different foreign international universities. His research interests include Data ware Housing and Data Mining, Design Analysis of Algorithm, Theory of Computation & Formal Languages and Data Bases. At present, He is engaged in Clustering of Mixed Variety of Data and Attributes with real life application applied by Genetic Algorithm, Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence. He is currently very much active in healthcare domain where is working on Biofeedback therapy and its effect on Diabetes like diseases. He has ample experience in research related to molluscan culture and conservation. Moreover, his doctoral research concerned with immunostimulatory activity of certain medicinal mushroom in inducing immune response to lab reared economic important marine molluscan to combat aquatic pathogens like Aeromonas hydrophila. He worked in an Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Science (INCOIS) project, Govt of India, related to monitoring and locating fisheries rich area and satellite mediated tsunami warning system by wave rider buoy system. He has coordinated many awareness programs related to marine ecosystem conservation and management to student, researchers and fisher folk. He has published a total of 40 research papers related to aquaculture, molluscan research and immunostimulants development for mollusc and aquaculture species. He has reported the occurrence of two new ectoparasite neamed, Argathona chelladurai and Gnathia sp in fish species. As a token of his talent, he has received Young Research Award for his research from Department of Animal Science, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. He has received the Travel Grant award from TNSCST, Govt of Tamil Nadu to attend International conference held at Pune, India. Dr. Temesgen Sidamo is an assistant professor of pharmacology at Wolaita Sodo University in Ethiopia. He received his Ph.D. in pharmacology from Addis Ababa University in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. His Ph.D. project focused on the population pharmacokinetics of levofloxacin and moxifloxacin in MDR-TB patients. It was intended to comprehend, characterize, and predict drug resistance against these drugs in order to establish optimal doses that maximize clinical efficacy while minimizing drug resistance. Temesgen's primary research interests are tuberculosis, other infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and ways for optimizing antimicrobial medication doses. Temesgen is currently working with his colleagues to understand the transmission dynamics of AMR at the human-animal-environment interface using a One Health and One Digital Health approach. This project is anticipated to generate rich data that aids in the implementation of antimicrobial stewardship programs in Ethiopia, leveraging One Health and One Digital Health approaches to more effectively tackle AMR. Temesgen Sidamo is also interested in the pharmacology of pain, anesthetics, wounds, and inflammation. Aside from research, Temesgen teaches and advises postgraduate pharmacy and medicine students. Temesgen is married and a father of three.

His research interest includes isoindoles and porphyrin/phthalocyanine based macrocycles for electrochemical applications like electrochemical sensing and clean fuel production and energy storage devices. He teaches Analytical and materials chemistry to masters degree students. He has received research funding from DST, CSIR and VGST, KSTA of worth more than 3 crores. He has been awarded India-Uzbekistan joint research project on clean energy production. He has published more than 100 research publications in international journals, 02 book chapters and one Indian patent and one world patent to his credit. He has guided 10 students for PhD degree, and 7 more are working. He has received awards like Sir CV Raman Young Scientist award and best Publication award from Govt of Karnataka. He was awarded TWAS Research Fellowship for working in China. He has served at various administrative responsibilities in the university like Chairman of Chemistry Department, Dean of Faculty of Science, Academic Council and Syndicate Member of VSK University and also as NAAC Peer review committee member.
