Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 is the next generation of the SARS-CoV virus. It have a zoonotic origin. coronavirus genetically clusters with genus Betacoronavirus, in subgenus Sarbecovirus. Common symptoms include fever, cough and shortness of breathing. In this condition, there are urgent for an effective treatment to treat COVID-19 infection.
