Abstract

Sports-related impacts or crashes are significant contributors to soft tissue injuries in the musculoskeletal system [1]. Characterized by focal pain, swelling, limited range of motion, and tenderness upon palpation. Various treatment modalities are utilized for muscle injuries, including immobilization/remobilization, rest, ice, compression, elevation (RICE), ultrasound therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and pharmacological interventions targeting inflammation.
