Subacromial Balloon Spacer is an Acceptable Therapeutic Option for Massive and Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears

Abstract

Musculoskeletal oncology is a sub-specialty of orthopaedic surgery focused on the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant tumors and other unusual lesions of both the pediatric and adult musculoskeletal system.
Orthopedic oncology in Africa is considered one of the rarest orthopaedics subspecialties. Numbers of Orthopedic oncologist in Africa is less than 50 surgeons. The biggest number of them is in Egypt with about 25 Orthopaedics oncology surgeons. Sudan is considered the only country in the east and central Africa region that have this unique subspecialty.
