Abstract

Deformities of the face can occur in any part of the face. Deformities of the face may involve the eye’s, nose, forehead, lips or the jaws. Orthognathic surgery involves correction of the upper and lower jaws by the surgeons to the Patient’s a graceful facial profile. Orthognathic surgery involves Osteotomy literally means “cutting of the bone”. The various orthognathic surgery involves various techniques out of which anterior maxillary Osteotomy is a technique.
