Abstract

This article is essentially an exposition by the author to be a guide for future inquiry and usage of various techniques in the Art of Self-Healing. First, a brief introduction to ancient medical practices is followed by a brief run down of modern era schemas. Finally, a rather comprehensive discussion ensues concerning the exposition by the author of experiences and possible techniques to be utilized by those interested in the essential nature of Self-Healing.
