Abstract

Toxoplasma lymphadenitis is a regional lymphadenitis induced by infection with universally present protozoan Toxoplasma gondii. An estimated ~33% of world’s population is sero-prevalent to Toxoplasma gondii. Cats emerge as a singular definitive host whereas humans are infected through contaminated soil, litter boxes of pet cats and ingesting undercooked meat.
