Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor is one of the uncommon tumor of oral cavity which accounts for nearly 3-7% of all the odontogenic tumors. Here we report an enigmatic case of AOT in maxilla in a young female of 24years describing its surgical management, clinical and morphological characteristics. Initially case was provisionally diagnosed to be as globulomaxillary cyst based upon its clinical and radiological findings.
