Covid-19 has almost transformed the life of all the dentists. While private practioners are facing the problem of normal patient OPD in their respective clinics, Dental colleges are facing lot of challenges like normal educational pattern. Now there is a need for separate screening of normal patient because of fear of Covid-19 Dental education is suffering because the complete strength of students is missing. They have a fear of contacting the infection from suspected patient. Even parents are not sure about safety of students. Despite an excellent recovery rate of almost more that 90%, still a lot of psychological fear is prevailing in both faculty and students. Educational interaction is completely lacking. Total focus is on imparting online teaching with an advantage to avoid direct contact.
