Abstract

The IT field is going through the so called ‘recession’ these days. The aspiring software engineers, ready to step into the industry have been taken aghast at the situation that has surfaced suddenly in front of them, making their dreams dark. At this time, it is better for all of us to look back, understand the current situation and do the necessary so that we can surf over this unexpected wave of layoffs.
