Abstract

Data has become an important ingredient in our daily lives. Whatever we do on a system or mobile instantly becomes part of the millions and millions of peta bytes of data that is being produced, manipulated and stored at different places. Healthcare is crucial area where the concerned data can be worked upon in several ways to unearth the hidden relations (Data Science) or several proved algorithms can be applied to predict what might happen in the future (Machine Learning/Deep Learning). With the rise of smartphone apps that can monitor personal health parameters using sensors and analysers, the use of Data Science in healthcare has become more critical.
