In developing countries, there are several challenges which can be the cause of increasing rate of COVID-19. Few underline challenges include: Illiteracy, employment, Lack of awareness, Lack of awareness and No direct connection in between the labor and government etc. The idea behind the proposed solution which covers Introduction of a Red Button App which will be available with UEs. Also used in tracking phones use the data from the signal transmitters to determine the location of the phone. That information can be used for further actions.
