Wolffian tumour is an exceptionally encountered, ovarian adnexal neoplasm arising from remnants of Wolffian or mesonephric duct. Additionally designated as female adnexal tumour of probable Wolffian origin (FATWO), Wolffian adnexal tumour (WAT), Wolffian adenoma, retiform Wolffian adenoma or mesonephric tumour not otherwise specified (NOS), tumefaction depicts a heterogeneous morphological countenance. Appropriate tumour discernment is contingent to anatomical site of neoplastic emergence and cogent histological features.
