Magic of Midfoot Osteotomy in Paediatric Foot Deformities

Abstract

Paediatric foot deformities (PFD) are one of the most common disorders of paediatric population. They can uniplanar to multiplanar and many times its associated with other lower limb, spine, pelvic disorders. The correction of such complex deformities are still very challenging even in developed countries. Such deformities can be due to congenital, neuromuscular, post traumatic etc.
