In recent years, the average life expectancy of people in most countries of the world has increased significantly. Along with increased life expectancy, women are increasingly postponing childbearing in favor of building a career. Because of this, in the wealthiest countries, the average age of women having their first child is over 30. Because of this, in the most affluent countries, the average age of women having their first child is over 30. Also, the number of women giving birth in their 40s and older is increasing every year. Unfortunately, the number of elderly women among pregnant women is growing every year. The fact is that despite the increasing risk of infertility with age, women believe in the possibility of pregnancy in old age with the help of in vitro fertilization.
