The pyramid is a wonderful explanation of the different levels of development among the peoples.
The base of pyramid typifies chaos, brutish survival of might over right among the overwhelming multitude. Here, “I am better than you” reigns as well as “who are you”? Many societies are at the base of pyramid in their development. Here the followers of one political overlord abuse, maim and kill followers political overlords of other camps.
As we leave the base of the pyramid upwards, discipline and more orderliness begin to emerge. Here, the “who is who” is known, “you are my leader” is also becoming apparent.
The ticket to move upward the pyramid is based on the ability to intentionally influence others to desired ends. The more we can intentionally influence others the higher we rise on the pyramid. Movement up and down the pyramid is dynamic. As we lose our existing level of influencing others, we begin to move down the pyramid, automatically. As we gain more ability to influence others, we ascend. No standstill, mobility is the currency.
Pyramid of development thus explains why followers abuse, maim and kill others, their leaders, in conviviality, meet, mate and marry; followers defend the criminality, wrongdoing and wrong policies of their leaders, but condemn and kill because of the same wrongdoing of leaders of other camps.
Where does your society, your region/zone, your community belongs? And where do you belong to in your society, your community, your family?
