Metastatic Carcinoma of Prostate Presenting as Left Fronto-Parietal Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Abstract

Chronic Subdural hematoma is commonly seen in traumatic etiology. Non traumatic subdural hematoma is rare. It is extremely rare for systemic malignant disease to be metastasised to the cranial dura. It is also extremely rare for diffuse metastases to appear as chronic subdural hematoma. we report a 58 year male of carcinoma prostate presenting with vomiting and right hemiperesis. After CT brain plain we made a diagnosis of left fronto-parietal sudural hematoma.
