Introduction

  Sarcoidosis is an inflammatory, multisystemic granulomatous disease of unknown etiology that affects the lung and lymphatic system.

 

  Renal involvement during sarcoidosis is rare.

 

  It may progress to renal failure in about 3% of cases.
