Abstract

Treatments are targeted to the needs of individual patients on the basis of genetic, biomarker, phenotypic or psychosocial characteristics that distinguish a given patient from other patients with similar clinical presentations this is dealt in molecular opthmalogy by dealing with biomarkers.
