Daryush Talei obtained his BSc degree in the field of Agronomy and Plant Breeding in 1992 (Mazadaran University). He obtained his MSc degree in the field of Plant Breeding from Azad University of Ardabil in 1997 and Ph.D degree in the field of Plant Biotechnology from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2012. He is an Assistant Professor Plant Biotechnology (Proteomics) in the Medicinal Plants Research Center, Shahed University, Tehran, Iran. He has been working in Shahed University since 2000. He was involved in statistic and experimental design for 18 years in Shahed University, Iran. He has conducted some research projects and published more than 45 papers in ISI journals with 398 SCI citations and an H factor of 12. He is known for contributions to the development of protein extraction in medicinal plant of Andrographis paniculata, experimental design and statistical analysis.
Dr. Daryush Talei research interests are Medicinal Plants Research Center i.e Proteome analysis, Secondary metabolite, Statistic and Experimental design, Genetic and Plant breeding.
