Baboucarr Cham, Registered Nurse (2005), Advanced Diploma in Community Health Nursing (ADCHN) (2008), Higher National Diploma in Midwifery (HND) (2010), MSc in Public Health Promotion (2015). She have worked as a nurse in various health facilities and participated in numerous health activities including research. She is currently a senior lecturer in nursing and midwifery including community health and research. She have two publications and presented two articles in conferences. She have over 21yers of experience in nursing and fifteen years of it was spent on lecturing student nurses and midwives. She have served as Public Relations Officer of National Association of Gambia Nurses and Midwives for a period of four years..
