Dr. Gangu Naidu gets all his educational requirements from reputed government institutes at Andhra Pradesh, India through the selection process. He is most comfortable in dealing with animal studies and stakeholders of animal lovers. He is the best Veterinarian throughout his career with 21 years of service as an Animal Doctor. He has sound knowledge of Dairy farming activities in real-time practices and monitored farms of both government and stakeholders committed. His Post Graduation Research work carried out on Animal feed composition and growth trails of sheep, since then he spent most of the time on animal feeds and alternative feed resources. He is also started career as an Academician, in Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati, and taught Veterinary Biochemistry undergraduate courses, and worked in various institutes of the University, and also the screening of serum and saliva samples as part of the curriculum for discovery of biomarkers in various disease conditions. Apart from Professional activities he also engaged in other administrative activities like students counselling, supervising the student’s hostels and other assignments of the university requirements from time to time. He completed Doctoral Programme at the age of 45 years, at National Institute, ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal under the In-service quota during the period 2016-19. The research work carried out during the doctoral program is on Estrus detection in water buffaloes under the guide ship of Dr. Onteru Suneel Kumar, who is a great researcher on animal studies. His major work of the doctoral program is a validation of salivary fern patterns to determine the silent heat detection in 512 Water buffaloes in field conditions of both Andhra Pradesh and Haryana states of India.
