Dr. Amit Kumar Jaiswal born in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh and completed his pre-graduation from his home district. He did his (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) in 2006 from Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He qualified ICAR- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Masters Degree program and completed M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Parasitology from G.B Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, India in 2009. Dr. Jaiswal served as Veterinary Officer in U.P Government from September 2008 to April 2010. He became Assistant Professor in the Department of Veterinary Parasitology on 28th April 2010 at College of Veterinary Science, DUVASU, Mathura and completed in-service Ph.D degree (Veterinary Parasitology) in 2018. He has lifetime membership of Indian Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology (IAAVP) and The Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata. Dr. Jaiswal attended several trainings, conferences, workshop, symposia, etc. He has published 4 laboratory manuals, various popular articles and more than 25 research articles in national and international journals.
