Dr. Govindasamy Nagarajan obtained his Masters degree (M.V.Sc) and Ph.D. in Animal Biotechnology from Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai, India and Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izat Nagar, India, respectively. His research focuses on Molecular Virology and Immunology with specialization in the field of New Generation vaccines for the Animal diseases and recombinant protein based diagnosis of infectious diseases of Livestock. He currently continues his research on cytokines and adipokines of common livestock species at Southern Regional Research Centre (ICAR-CSWRI), Mannavanur, Kodaikanal, India.
