Dr. Metin Celalettin is a Quantum Physicist where his expertise is in designing counter- fighter jet stealth systems for the military, and countering the efforts for a military grade quantum radar. His doctorate thesis entitled: "INVIZICLOUD©; A Nuclear Spin Polarized Electron Cloud, enabling a ‘Celalettin-Field Quantum Observation Tunnel’ to Destroy Quantum Entanglement Based Systems in a Military Context" focusses on destroying enemy efforts to detect stealth fighter jets using the 'Celalettin-Field Quantum Observation Tunnel. Metin Celalettin is most known for the 'Celalettin-Field Quantum Observation Tunnel' which is a means to destroy quantum systems using a gas, very similar to Einstein's photoelectric effect.

Dr. Metin Celalettin realised he could use the same technology for medical imaging, much the same as an MRI, and in collaboration with peadiatricians, his new focus is using the 'Celalettin-Field Quantum Observation Tunnel' to develop medical imaging devices for children, most specifically a hand held MRI-like device.
