Dr Harb is graduated from Faculty of Nursing, University of Jordan on 1993. Immediately after graduation, he was in the commissioning team for establishing the Arab Center for Heart and Special Surgery in Amman and worked as Cardiac Registered Nurse then Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab. He had 2 Master Degree, one in Nursing Education from University of Jordan and another one in Critical Care from Ohio State University. On 1998, Dr Harb had migrated to Australia and worked there as Clinical Nurse Consultant. On 2003, he worked at Ministry of National Guards for Health Affairs (NGHA-Riyadh) as Clinical Resource Nurse in Nursing Education till 2010 when he had completed his PhD in Healthcare Administration and he adopted Grounded Theory to publish a conceptual Model on the Factors Affecting Quality of Nursing Care therefore he was appointed as Acting Director of Patient Safety & Quality Standards in NGHA (Madinah) till 2014. Between 2014-2017, Dr Harb had worked as Director of Nursing Education at Security Forces Hospital- Riyadh and he was a visiting Professor Assistant in King Saud Bin Abdul-Aziz University for Health Specialties. On Jan 2018 till present, he joined Nursing Education at King Fahad Specialist Hospital-Dammam Dr Harb has one book published titled "Cardiology for Registered Nursesâ€, more than 15 Abstracts and 5 published researches and articles. He is a speaker at several international Symposia and conferences, member in American Heart Association. During his career, he constructed and developed many courses and programs accredited by Saudi Council such as Cardiac Catheterization Upgrading Program, Invasive Hemodynamic Programs, "Medication Administration Course", "IV Therapy Course", "Preceptor Course", "Charge Nurse Course", "Burn Critical Care Course", "Pain Management Course", "Wound Care Management Course", "Neonatal Nursing Care', "Critical Care Course" and "Leadership and Management Course" and many other Cross Training and Up skilling programs.
