Dr. Yadav, member European Thyroid Association, is Ph.D in Medical Biotechnology from Apeejay Stya University, Sohna-Gurgaon Haryana. Her doctoral research was focused on the establishment of trimester specific reference range of thyroid hormone in Indian pregnant women. She has about 12 years research experience (Apeejay Research Fellow 6 Years and Apeejay Research Associate 1 year) and has published more than 20 papers in national & international journals. She has attendee & presented in national (15) and international conferences (03). She was first in the country to provide thyroid hormone profiles longitudinally and has presented her research work in 38th ,39th & 40th International Conference European Thyroid Association, Santiago de compostella (Spain 2014) , Copenhagen (Denmark 2016) and Belgrade (Serbia 2017) respectively. She was awardees of ETA young Investigator Grant Award in 2014 and 2016. Dr Yadav has organized several health camps and helped in organizing Indian Academy of Sciences sponsored workshops. Currently, the fundamental focus of her research is centered on the epidemiology survey based on thyroid research including both longitudinal and cross sectional and has publishing in high impact factor peer reviewed journals. She has teaching experience of 12 years, 6 years in Centre for Biosciences and Clinical Research, Apeejay Stya University, Sohna-Gurgaon (2011-17) ,1 Year from B S Anagpuria Institute of Pharmacy, Faridabad (2010-11) and approx 5 Year from Swami Rama Himalayan University (2017-till present). She is gold medalist in bachelor of Pharmacy (GJU Hissar 2004-08) and Master of Pharmacy, Pharmacology (NMIMS Mumbai 2008-10). She has completed professional diploma in Clinical Research & IPR. She worked in department of clinical research at Panacea Biotech Pvt Ltd New Delhi (2009-10). She has hands on exposure in clinical trial viz., Clinical Trial Monitoring, Auditing, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Trial Documentation. She has research interest in Basic & Translational Thyroidology, Iodine Deficiency Disorders, Nutrition and Homeostasis during Pregnancy, RCT, Palliative care, Deep Machine learning in healthcare etc.
