Dr Cebirbay is a Assistant Professor in Nutrition and Dietetic Department Selcuk University in Turkey. He obtained his Bachelor of Home Economics and Nutrition Education in 2004 and a Master in Food Hygiene and Techonology in 2007, and he earned his PhD in Food Hygiene and Techonology in 2014 at Selcuk University. He worked as a researcher in two European Union Projects in 2008 and 2012. There are many research articles and reviews on nutrition education, fermentation technology, food pathogens, functional foods, traditional foods, eating awareness, food addiction, diet-nutrition interactions, community nutrition, food service, food production systems, catering in journals scanned as SCI and Web of Science and others.
