Dr. Gajanan P. Deshmukh (Ph. D. Research Scholar) National Dairy Research Institute NDRI-SRS, Bengaluru, India. He obtained Bachelor in Dairy Technology in College of Dairy Technology, Warud (Pusad) at MAFSU University, India and a Master of Technology in Dairy Engineering at SMC College of Dairy Science, Anand at Anand Agricultural University Gujrat, India. Currently he Perceiving Ph.D. in Dairy Engineering at National Dairy Research Institute, ICAR-NDRI-SRS, Bangalore, India. He is Recipients of award winner “Processed Indian Tradition foods PhD Student Research Promotion Program sponsored by Tata Trusts and Nestle in recognition of work on “Design and Development of Mechanical Unit for Dry Crystallization of Palada Payasam Mix”. Also awarded as First Year PhD Bursary (2016-17) cash Prize of 50 Thousand INR sponsored by Tata Trusts and Nestle for the research work of PhD of Program. He attainted and presented posters in many national and international conferences. He Publish 10 Research Paper, 10 Review paper, 2 book chapter, 23 popular article in national and International Journals. He also publish 5 full length paper, and 35 abstracts in International/National Conferences/Seminar/Workshop.
Dr. Gajanan P. Deshmukh is interested fields of research are Dairy Engineering Dairy and Food Technology, Dairy and Food Equipment Design, Food Safety and Quality Management and Food Nutrition.
