Dr. Rajadurai Murugan completed M.Sc., M. Phil., Ph.D., in Biochemistry from the Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamilnadu, India. Presently, he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Life & Allied Health Sciences, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He has published 60 Research papers in peer reviewed national and international journals, and 5 book chapters. He has more than 17 years of teaching experience, guided 3 Ph.D., and 18 M.Phil., research scholars, participated, presented and delivered guest lectures in more than 50 national and international conferences. He is a Visiting Faculty in Biocon Academy, Biocon Limited, Bangalore, BOS member in Bangalore Central University. He is serving as a reviewer, editorial board member and lead guest editor in several international journals.
