Prof Etukudo O Jimmy had his BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Calabar specializing in Parasitology, He obtained his MSc in Haematology from the University of Ibadan, University College Hospital specializing in haemostasis. He also obtained a Post graduate degree certificate in Cellular and Molecular Haematoloy from ST Georges Hospital Medical School, University of London. He holds Ph.D degree in Human Physiology from the University of Jos Nigeria specializing in Gastroenterology. He is an editorial board member of Journal of blood USA, European Journal etc He has been Appointed Visiting Professor to University of Nairobi. He is an inventor of the herbal drug for cure of gastric ulcer and has been granted patent right Licence by the Federal Govt of Nigeria. He is native of Ikot Eyo in Nsit Ubium Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State Nigeria.
