Prof. Dr. Said Said Elshama received his Master of Forensic Medicine & Clinical Toxicology from College of Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt in 1999 and M.D, "Ph.D." in Forensic Medicine & Clinical Toxicology from College of Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt in 2004. He also received a Pediatric and Neonatology Diploma securing a very good grade in 2005 and Medical Education Diploma (DHPE) securing an excellent grade with honors in 2014 from the College of Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt. He has been a professor in Forensic Medicine & Clinical Toxicology at College of Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt and Taif University, Saudi Arabia since 2004 and 2008 respectively. He is the Founder of Clinical Skills Center (Medical Simulation Center) at College of Medicine, Taif University, Saudi Arabia. He has authored 36 research publications in peer-reviewed National and International journals and participated in 15 research projects as Principal Investigator or Associate. He has authored six books and contributed one book. Prof. Dr. Said Said Elshama serves as an Editorial board member for 10 international journals and reviewer for 12 International journals. He was awarded an Honorary Shield for Excellence in 2010 From College of Medicine, Taif University and Scientific Publication Award for three successive years (2013-2015) from Scientific Research Deanship, Taif University, Saudi Arabia.
