He later graduated summa cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires with a Doctorate in Chemical Sciences. He has over two decades of professional experience; he previously served as University Professor and Researcher such as Project Manager. Currently engaged in Private Equity making companies more valuable through better talent management with consulting roles in specific portfolio companies. He also held significant leadership roles and assisted the government of Argentina in the implementation of rural sustainability in 2005. Prior to this, he held several senior executive positions. In these roles he was also responsible for designing high-performance research teams.
