Dr. Mohd Kafeel Ahmad Ansari currently working as ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR for Botany at the School of Life Sciences, Sardar Patel University, India. Also he is a recipient of an internationally competitive, prestigious Australian Research Award, Government of Australia, for my work in the area of developing environmentally friendly green technology (Phytoremediation). He worked as Visiting Scientist at the CERAR, UniSA, Australia. I am a receiver of the Foreign Citizens Research Award, Government of Turkey and worked as Foreign Citizens Research Faculty (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Biology, AU, Turkey. Subsequently, He was also conferred with prominent Dr. D. S. Kothari Research Award, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India to work at the Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi. Later, He was selected as Assistant Professor at the Department of Biology, Yobe Federal University, Nigeria and then He was appointed as an Australian Awards Ambassador, Government of Australia. In recent past, He experimented to develop stress-tolerant plants together with modulation of antioxidant defence system in plants against abiotic stress, and the phytoremediation potential of mustard genotypes and some cereals crop plants.
