Dr. Sher Singh Gill, Assistant Professor of Microbiology at College Of Life Sciences, CHRI campus, (Jiwaji University) Gwalior, M.P., INDIA. He is a well-known distinguished academician with 08 publications and many research articles are under process for publication in reputed journals. Dr. Gill guided over 27 students at DMLT, OT, B.Sc., MSc and Ph.D. level in Gwalior, India. He is credited to develop an excellent bacterial blend (Bacterial consortium) which contain such as Bacillus infantis, Bacillus oceanisediminis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis strain CABCDRDA-a, and Bacillus subtilis, respectively for degradation of kitchen wastes into bio fertilizer and which help in reduction of environmental pollution. Dr. Gill illuminated for the first time the role of bacterial blend in isolated kitchen wastes from different sites of in and around Gwalior. He has established for the use of bacterial blend in first time, to reducing environmental and bio fertilizers. Dr. Gill is PhD fellowship awarded from MP higher education, Bhopal (M.P.) during thesis programme since 2014-16. Dr. Gill is awarded with first prizes during a National conference on Bioremediation solution to world environmental cleanup organized by Department of Biotechnology, VISM Group of Studies, Gwalior on November 25th and 26th 2017. Dr. Gill participated to many conferences, seminar and workshop in India.
