Dr. Neema Negi is Researcher in the Department of Molecular Biology, Umea University, Umea, Sweden. Dr. Neema Negi graduated from the Department of Microbiology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi where she investigated HIV-specific T-cell response by interferon-γ enzyme-linked immunospot assay and flow cytometry. She is working to decipher the interactions of proteins involved in somatic hypermutation and class switch recombination in mouse splenic B cells. She has the experience in genome wide localisation of proteins by ChiP sequencing, multicolour flow-cytometry, imaging flowcytometry, HIV immunopathogenesis, immunological assays, proliferation assays and analysis of transcriptome.
Flow Cytometry: Immunophenotyping of T-cell surface markers and measurement of intracellular cytokines, analysis of proteins interactions by proximity ligation assay, genome wide localisation of proteins by ChiP sequencing, characterisation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and T regulatory cell population, mouse corneal allo-transplantation and T-cell adoptive transfer, analysis of mouse and human MSC.
