She is Pooja Rameshrao Kasturkar, Assistant Professor in Mental health Nursing department of Smt. Radhikabai Meghe Memorial College of Nursing which is a constituent college of Datta Meghe Institute Of Medical Sciences (Deemed To Be University), Sawangi (Meghe), Wardha. She has completed my diploma in nursing from Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur in 2003. She was graduated in nursing from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik in 2007 and post graduated from present university in 2014. Right now she is registered for PhD in nursing from same university in 2019. She has 2years clinical experience and 13 years teaching experience in nursing field. She is registered from Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC)l, Mumbai. She is a member of The Trained Nurses' Association of India (TNAI), New Delhi and International forum of bioethics. She is observer for Credit point CNE which is organized by MNC, Mumbai and also the organizing secretary for same CNE. She got best teacher award in 2010. She awarded as a woman in International Women day in 2019 organized by Prahar Sansthan, Wardha. She got first prize in scientific poster presentation at national level conference in 2018. She did around 17 publications in that four are Scopus and one is web of science. She has received one copyright in Jan 2021. her goal is seeking an academic position as a researcher and professor in the field of nursing and perform research, including teaching courses and supervising students in their academic assignment and research work.
