Dr. Siddhartha Roy is working as an Assistance Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department, The Heritage College, Kolkata. He completed Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Jadavpur University, India. He did MCA from the Indian Institute of Science and Technology (Previously Shibpur BE College), India, obtained MBA in Operational Management, and graduated in Mathematics Honours from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India. He had taken professional development training from TAFE, Adelaide, South Australia. His main research interest includes Machine Learning, Deep learning, Blockchain application, and network security. He has several publications both in national and international level peer-reviewed journals and is also the author of several textbooks at undergraduate levels. Dr. Roy has delivered lectures as an invited speaker, and resource person at various national events. He is an editor and reviewer of many national and international peer-reviewed journals. He had published two Indian patents and been rewarded for research excellence categories like the “Global Innovation and Excellence Award “, and” Green ThinkerZ International Adroit Educator Awards”. He becomes a Fellow member of Nikhil Bharat Parisad (Empanelled Under NITI AAYOG Govt. of India), in the year 2022 for his academic excellence. He has more than 19 years of teaching experience
