Dr. Neeraj Kumar Misra is Associate Professor at Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology Hyderabad. He was awarded Full-time Ph.D. degree under TEQIP-II from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. His research interests include Reversible logic, Quantum computing, QCA technology, and Low power VLSI. He has published more than 50 research paper (22 from the work presented in this thesis) in Springer, Elsevier, IEEE, Taylor & Francis, American Scientific Publishers (ASPBS), World Scientific, and Inderscience, IET etc. and other International peer- reviewed journals, 03 Book in Lambert Academic Publishing German, 11 Book Chapter in Springer, Singapore and attended more than 20 Short-term courses in reputed IITs, NITs etc. He has a member of ISTE (LM125080), IAENG and IEEE (92318696).
