Dr. Ashish Warghane, currently working as Associate Professor at Faculty of Life sciences, Mandsaur University, Mandsaur. Madhya Pradesh, India. He has ten years of teaching and research experience in the field of Molecular Plant Virology and Molecular Diagnostics. He is successfully qualified ARS-NET and MH-SET examination. He is principally working on the development of novel molecular diagnostic tools and management of plant viruses. He published 24 Research articles in Scopus indexed, International and National journals, like Phytopathology (American Phytopathological Society), PlosOne, Journal of Virological Methods (Elsevier), Plant Disease (American Phytopathological Society), Phytoparasitica (Springer), Biochemical et Biophysical Acta (Elsevier), Australasian plant pathology journal, Journal of Plant Biochemistry and Biotechnology (Springer), Citrus Tristeza virus: Molecular Detection Book (Springer: Nature) etc. He submitted more the 250 DNA sequences in the GenBank, NCBI, USA. He is editor of Agri-food Magzeen and reviewer of a number of Scopus indexed and peer reviewed journals including 3Biotech, The Journal of Food Science and Technology (JFST) [Springer Nature], ASTESJ, Plant Pathology (Willy Publication) etc. He also submitted more than 300 DNA sequences in the National Centre for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), NIH, USA. He is a recipient of MSI-National Young Scientist Award-2020 and Dr. R.L. Munjal Best Ph.D. Thesis Research Award-2021.
