Muhammad Kashif received the B.S. degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology Karachi, Pakistan in 2004 and the Masters of Engineering (MENG.) in Micro System Design in 2007 from NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi, Pakistan. Muhammad Kashif was awarded a PhD degree (2013) from the University of Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia in the area of Nanoelectronic Engineering with particular emphasis on Metal Oxide Semiconductors for Gas sensing applications. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor in School of Electrical & Information Engineering at Tianjin University, China. Dr. Kashif published one book chapter and more than 65 papers on his ongoing research work in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings.
Research Interests of Dr Muhammad Kashif are Thin-film processing and their characterizations Nanoparticle synthesis and their characterizations Synthesis of nanostructures for Bio-Sensors, UV- Sensors, Gas-Sensors and Solar Cell applications
