Dr. Shailesh N. Gadhvi has completed his PhD in diesel fuel. He is working as a Manager in India’s second largest petroleum refinery namely Nayara energy Ltd.which was formerly known as Essar Oil Ltd. He has published many research papers in reputed journals and has been serving on non moneiterising basis as an editorial board member of many reputed journal like international journal of petroleum chemistry, Chemical Engineering Science journal, Review member of reviewer committee at international journal of research and analytical reviews (IJRAAR) approved by UGC (E-ISSN 2348-1269, P- ISSN) member ID: 115375. Life time membership of international scientific research organization for science engineering and technology (ISROSET) Membership No. : ISROSET-LM-1050 e.t.c. he was invited in many national and international scince conference. lastly he had delevered his lecture at world oil and gas conference that held at Abudhbi,UAE . In india he is a guest laeturer for many academic institute and organization.Dr. Shailesh N. Gadhvi has been working with various National and international organization since 1998. He has more than 22 yrs of rich experience with various industries like SGS india Ltd. ,Meghmani india Ltd. ,Zora pharmaceutical,Pesticides india Ltd.,Cheminova india Ltd.,Gulbrandsen technologies and since last 12yrs working with petroleum refinery based on india namely Nayara Energy Ltd. Dr. Shailesh N. Gadhvi’s research of interest is petroleum fuel quality improvisation and profit maximization, Heat exchangers fouling chemsitry, fuel additive e.t.c.
