Dr. Anjan Borah is a Assistant Professor of the Food Technology and Nutrition Department (FTN), Lovely Professional University, India. He obtained Ph.D in “Food Technology” from Tezpur University, a Central University. He has completed Post Doc from ICAR-Indian Institute of Agricultural Research, New Delhi-12. He is an experienced Reviewer with a demonstrated history of working in the food production industry.
Dr. Anjan Borah is interested in R&D work focused in “Sustainable Development”. His are of interest includes, Food Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Food Safety and Quality. He has expertise in development of RTEBC’s as well as weaning formulations. He is also working on utilization of by-product from fruit and vegetable industry. His present research work on rapid detection of adulterants and contaminants in Food Products has been published in reputed journals like Food Chemistry.
