Professor Dr. V. H. Patil is currently working as Professor & Head of Computer Engineering department with additional responsibility of Vice-principal at Matoshri College of Engineering & Research Centre Nashik. At Savitribai Phule Pune University, She is currently Chairman of Board of Studies , Computer Engineering. She is recipient of various honors & awards. To name few:“Best Teacher Award”, Savitribai Phule Pune University, “Significant Contribution Award”, Computer Society of India, Recipient of “Engineering Achievement Award” from Institution Engineers. She has authored 3 books in areas Discrete Mathematics, Data Structures and Theory of Computation published by renowned publishers as Tata McGraw Hill & Oxford University Press. These books are prescribed in syllabus at 70+ universities in India as well as internationally. She has 3 patent, 10 copyrights and 60+ papers to her credit, which are published at various national and international Journals and conferences. Her areas of special interest include educational development and reform Engineering Education to raise the prestige of institute and every member of teacher fraternity.
