Omid Akhavan is an elite professor in the Physics Department of Sharif University of Technology. His research interests include physics of nanomaterials, nanobubbles, graphene and its bioapplications in stem cell-based tissue engineering, photothermal therapy of cancer, biosensing, and antibacterial nanomaterials.
