Dr Sonal Setya is B.Pharm and M.Pharm (Gold Medalist) from College of Pharmacy, Delhi University and Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Uttrakhand Technical University. She has 17 years of academic experience in private colleges and universities across North India. She has guided many B.Pharm students and M.Pharm students in their research projects. She has various international publications to her credit and presented poster/ paper in several national conferences/ workshops and seminars. She received seminar grant from AKTU in 2018, she is the member of editorial board of Guru Drone Journal of Pharmacy and content writer for UGC’s E pathshala program. After having served academics for many years she is now shaping the future of young minds by placing them in pharmaceutical industry. She launched Pharma Catch Recruitment Consultancy in 2018 with the aim to reduce the skill gap and imbalance that exists between academia and requirements of the industry. With a strong network in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion towards betterment of students, she assists the students in doing all the groundwork, improve their interpersonal and technical skills, trains them and guide them in selecting the right job they are fit for.
